Building Information Modelling

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a process for creating and managing information on a construction project across the project lifecycle.

McCann and Partners have been at the forefront of BIM adoption in the building services sector. We produce all our design information in 3D as a matter of course, and our BIM outputs are used throughout the construction process by our contractor clients.

We work to PAS 1192-2:2013 and are experienced in producing both Employer Information Requirements (EIR) and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). We can advise on BIM strategy and help clients to implement BIM on their projects.
