On Friday 1st June, McCann and Partners held a charity golf day at Radyr Golf Club in aid of The Wallich, a local charity providing support and accommodation for people experiencing homelessness.
A total of 20 teams competed for the main prize, which was eventually won by Merriott UK. There were also prizes for individual 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, as well as those nearest the pin and longest drive - congratulations to all the winners.
A huge thank you to Steve Borley (CMB Engineering), Simon Jones (ex England cricketer), Mike Walmsley (The Wallich), Radyr Golf Club, Keiron Evans (McCanns), Darren Broad (Marriott UK), and Carl Lewis (Cardiff Blues) for donating some fantastic prizes for our raffle.
In total, we raised a respectable £2,612.25 for our chosen charity, which is a step closer to our £10,000 target.
