McCann and Partners are pleased to have provided MEP and BREEAM services on the development of Croesyceiliog High School in Torfaen.
The £30m new build development is a replacement of the existing Croesyceiliog secondary school and is built over three storeys, with an additional Sports Building and Community Hub for Torfaen County Borough Council.
Alongside this, the campus will boast up-to-date science labs, a new theatre and modern IT and design technology facilities.
The new Croesyceiliog High, which will house pupils from ages 11 to 16, is part of the 21st Century Schools Programme - the largest investment in schools and colleges in Wales for half a century, with £1.4 billion spent on transforming the education sector by the end of 2019.
McCann and Partners are delighted to have provided the MEP design and BREEAM on the new school building, in partnership with Kier Construction, Whitehead Building Services, Strides Treglown and Cambria Consulting.
