We are pleased to announce that McCann and Partners has appointed Xilai Chen as Mechanical Engineer.
Xilai joins McCann and Partners with three years of experience in MEP design. In her previous role, she worked across a number of industries including education, commercial, industrial, and leisure facilities.
She has been involved in residential projects that span new build, extension and refurbishment status and also has fantastic experience with Passivhaus design, having previously worked on several Passivhaus schools, hostels and cultural buildings.
Xilai is a graduate of Cardiff University and completed her Master’s Degree in Modern Building Design at the University of Bath. Her role as Mechanical Engineer will involve production and co-ordination of mechanical and public health design and installation, energy performance assessment and BIM(Revit).
