We are looking for a Trainee BREEAM Assessor to join the McCann and Partners sustainability team.
The selected candidate will be working as a full-time BREEAM Assessor from our Cardiff office in Penarth; working on high profile projects based throughout the UK. Training will be included where required, as well as the opportunity to become fully BREEAM Certified.
The workload is currently 75% assessment based, and the candidate will also be expected to provide green support in the form of travel plans, building user guides, recycled content assessments, indoor air quality plans etc.
Whilst BEng or MEng is not essential, some basic knowledge of BREEAM, Part L and the associated standards is a necessity.
