Plans to create new regional head-quarters for the Department of Work and Pensions in RCT look set to be confirmed this week.
The new HQ building is being developed by Cardiff-based property development firm Rightacres Property Company Ltd., and McCann and Partners are delighted to be providing the MEP and BREEAM services on this project.
The development, which will be based in Treforest Industrial Estate, is estimated to create 1,550 jobs in South Wales and is expected to be completed in 2021.
Plans for the 12,000m2 building were originally submitted in May 2018 with the intention of modernising the Industrial Estate, which is one of the oldest working employment estates in Wales.
