Congratulations to Geraint and Kian on their promotion to the management team
We are pleased to announce that in recognition of their dedication and hard work, Geraint Harcombe and Kian Spillane have been promoted to Associate at McCann and Partners.
Kian Spillane joined McCann and Partners in 2015 as a Junior Electrical Engineer, and over the years has completed several sponsored training courses with us, including HNC, BEng and MSc, most recently achieving professional recognition as a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
Formerly a Senior Electrical Engineer, his promotion to Associate is described as very well deserved by the board of Directors. Director Anthony Collins said: “It has been a real pleasure to witness Kian’s progression over the years, from an enthusiastic Junior Electrical Engineer to the experienced and capable professional he is today. Kian has proven himself to be a real asset to the McCanns team and we are delighted to see him take another step forward in his career.”
Kian said: “I’m both honoured and excited to have been promoted to Associate at McCanns, as this represents a significant milestone in my career, and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the continued success and growth of our team.
“I’ve been fortunate to have worked alongside many talented leaders and colleagues at McCanns over the last 9 years, and I look forward to working closely alongside the management team who have placed their trust and confidence in me.”
Geraint Harcombe also joined McCann and Partners in 2015, progressing to Senior Mechanical Design Engineer alongside earning his HNC, BEng, and MSc. Recently, he also achieved professional recognition as a Chartered Engineer (CEng). Speaking about his promotion, Director Rhys Silcox said, “The time, effort and dedication Geraint has invested in his academic and professional development to advance his career is really outstanding. We are confident he will excel in his new role as Associate, and we are all thrilled to see him take this next step.”
Geraint said: “Becoming an Associate at McCann and Partners has been a goal of mine from the very beginning, and I’m thrilled to have achieved it. McCanns is home to many talented individuals, each with the potential to propel the company to even greater heights. I’m excited to join the management team and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
“I’d also like to extend my congratulations to my electrical counterpart, Kian. Kian and I started at McCann and Partners within the same week, more than nine years ago. It’s truly a pleasure to be made Associate alongside him.”
